My Firm

"My Firm" allows you to manage your payee information through adding bank account information, updating your firm details, and view payment history.

"Bank Account" allows you full control to add and update your payee information for your firm.

"Firm Details" is required in order to process your firm payments.  If you are a paid through a Broker/Dealer(BD), then the BD  information is required in order for payment to be issues.  

Make sure to provide either your Firm or BDs EIN and CRD since these are required in order for payment to be issued!

"Payment History" allows you visibility to all payments made from 401GO plans to your firm.

"Custom Branding" allows your firm to reflect your logo and choose top menus color to be reflected on your clients website.  Simply upload your logo and select the color options and "Submit"
